Belacan or fermented shrimp paste. Sometimes on daily basis.

I just figured I would throw this in the mix. I don't consider this nasty or gross but I have eaten alligator.
Every time I visit Florida , I gotta get me som' tail.
R.J. Gators in the Stuart/Jensen Beach area is one of my favorite restaurants. I have had alligator on many occasions and I like it.
It is a white meat that DOES taste a little bit like chicken but with a fishy flavor and just a hint of gaminess. However , it is very chewy. Very , very chewy.

I had fried scorpions and centipede in Beijing. The scorpions tasted great. The centipede was disgusting.
