China maybe since China is the main supporter of North Korea. I seriously doubt ANYONE from India would support one of China's allies in a cyber attack. There is just too much "bad blood" between India and China.

I'm thinking of hackers for hire as opposed to a govt. helping another govt. The FBI is "officially" pointing out NK as the culprit so there must be some kind of additional info that they have that we don't know about. I'm curious about some of the specifics, outside of what's been reported in MSM, though I'm not sure we'll ever get them.
