Well heres a strange one (05' pearl white)

I agree that it is sad. However, every time someone mentions unusual mods, there are plenty of people who chime in and say "it's your car, do whatever makes you happy." Then stuff like this happens. I guess as long as owners understand the consequences of modifying their cars, they should have no regrets about making these kinds of radical changes, and we have little room to complain.

Just my $0.02.

Certain mods are easier to reverse than others... Taking one of the rarest of the rare cars and then doing this to it... man... oh well! Go ahead and do that to a 2003 silver or black one... but leave the 05 white alone!:tongue:

+1.

Only 7 GPW cars were made for 2005. 2 already have accident history, this one is... let's just leave it blank :) 4th has lots of mods and another one has over 50k miles with more than average wear. That leaves us with 2 clean stock cars - good luck if you're looking for one... :).

That's why I keep all my parts when I mod my car (even if I have to pay a core charge). I like having the ability to reverse what I've done. As for color changes, I'd just go with a wrap. Cheaper, and it's also reversible.

And GPW would be my first choice for a color, though I'll happily jump on any NSX that meets my quality standards. If I do find a good GPW (NA1 or an NA2 coupe... I know of a single 2001 coupe in GPW that sold on prime years ago)... It'll be a blessed day indeed. If not, I'll just wrap it in one of the JDM colors (platinum white pearl is my favorite).
