To really be true to the conversion, you should buy the entire JDM steering wheel. The cruise control buttons are different than the US version.
Dali Racing occasionally gets airbags in, they can also sell you the hood emblem (as can SOS), and the tail lights.
I have a real JDM honda radio. Do a search I don't think it will work here. I also have another face plate for a radio. I will be using that one on my Us radio. If you want the radio let me know. I have the cruise also but in use with my converted car. I have a source that could help.d1 guy said:

It has RDS and a nicer display. The FM increments in .1 MHZ, unlike the USDM .2. The AM band is one tick off, but works fine.
The downside is that it doesn't have an input for the diversity antenna and the reception range suffers greatly. It also has this miserable habit of "auto searching" for stations if your preset (only on 1-4) station is too weak.

You also need a metric speedo (which also works OK.) It helps you keep your mind sharp by constantly multiplying by ~6 to determine your MPH.
Your climate control can easily be converted to metric for free. Just gotta pull a connector pin on the display. I posted on this a while back.

You either have to replace the entire tail lights because the Honda are a different color. OR do what I did and convert your existing middle piece to an "H".

I did all this to defeat the "snob factor", which is pretty high in the area in which I live. Yes, I drive a Honda, because it is a great car...not because of nameplate fashion.
