There is this site called Rinkya. You can browse Yahoo Japan from their site and their site tranlsates it all into engrish. I say engrish because most of it is english but some of it is kind of weird. Anyways Rinkya is a very popular service that people are using to buy from Japanese sellers in Japan. Rinkya has the items shipped to their warehouse and then ships it to you in the US. It seems that the sellers don't know that your in the US because Rinkya takes care of it all. Here is the site:

Lots of neat stuff on this site. i hope this isn't considered spamming, as I don't work for them or in no way profit from this.

WOW....check out this NSX. I'd be all over this one if I lived in Japan. It's left hand drive and it's in Japan. Weird!

Looks like he has Work Meister S1's on it. I thought Recaro SRD's don't fit in the NSX?

what's the limit on American Cars???
I think early 90s Japanese NSXs (as well as other Japanese cars) required a governor to limit top speed - probably why the speedometer on early Japanese NSX only goes up to 180 km/h (about 112 mph). I'm guessing this is a device to bypass it.

US NSXs do not have an electronic governor. Top speed on a 91-94 NSX is aerodynamically limited at about 168 MPH.
