vin sticker questions

Does anybody know if pre 2000 nsx's have the vin stickers on the inside of ALL fenders, door jams, hood and trunk lid???? the reason i ask, is that there is a 2000 listed on e-bay and the seller has pictures of all these stickers on that car... however, whenever i ask about them on any pre 2000 car that i am lookng at, they are missing.... should they be on the 1999 and earlier cars???

Hmmm...Well that one thread said no but I too looked at those pics the op is referring to and they do look authentic enough...but I digress... I do not know the real answer to his question.
