Ultra low-res pictures of a white car = difficult to tell much of anything... But a few things did catch my eye after reading his description.
First, seller claims it has been upgraded with a "stronger gearbox." What, exactly, does that mean?
Seller also claims several times the car is stock, but also says it has "upgraded" brakes, clutch, and transmission and the roof has been painted to match the body. Interesting definition of stock. Anyway...
The trunk looks awfully wet even though every other part of the car is completely dry, including inside the wheels:
Seller claims full 60k maintenance was just completed within the last 50 miles. The 60k service includes replacing brake fluid (both ABS and regular). The brake fluid in this car is very dark and the level is fairly low. Most brake fluids are clear when they are fresh and new, and what technician wouldn't fill the fluid to the "full" level when changing it? I wonder what else in this claimed "60k maintenance" was skipped. Brake fluid is about as basic as you can get...
He mentioned the nose was repainted due to paint chips. I'd look at that carefully since the cross-piece in the middle of the nose does not appear to be nice and straight like it should be:
What kind of tires, rotors and brake pads are on this thing? Seller claims the brakes are "upgraded" brakes, but those look like cheap solid un-vented rotors! Also, note the nice camera angle which doesn't show how much pad is left...
Anyway, probably worth checking out given the price, but don't leap without looking...
