Nope, negative, here's a dutch NSX, original color, but was also a showmodel for Honda NL.
I know also of one german guy with a Imola orange NSX, but that one is a repainted red one.

I think Gheba meant the only "pre 02 Imola orange Coupé". Isnt' your friend's NSX a targa ?

About the blue / black NSX (mine ) , the rims are the Kosei Sniper 18 inches.

Each time I see that car I think it's a different colour, sometimes blue, or dark blue, purple, sometimes also goldy purpple, goldy green, it's really amazing
