Upcoming Island Events - NSX Welcome

I just wanted to send out everyone on the Island a list of upcoming events that hopefully you can make it out to.

July23 - Car meet. Come out and meet the Poker Run participants that are coming over to the island on the Friday before the event.

Aug 2nd - Capital Drift event - includes a show and shine and BBQ at Western Speedway lot then the drifting event to follow. If you have not been to a drift event you gotta take one in.

This is on BC day Aug 2nd. There is a web site capitaldrift.com. Rizzo hope you got my PM yesterday..., really sorry for not meeting up with you.., was that you in the blue NA2?

The event is MONDAY August 2nd. It consists of a show and shine in the Wester Speedway parking lot with a BBQ. Event starts at 10:30am. At 1:00pm the drifting event starts. It is just the local Drifting club and based on last two events there are about 20 cars that show up for the drifting. From what I understand if you bring $60.00 you can go give it a try and someone will go with you to show you the ropes (not sure that you can do this at this particular event but they do have other times where you can come out and try).

We are going to meet up say around 10:00am at Tim Hortons in the parking lot of Westshore Mall. Anyone need a map let me know.

OH cool don't feel so bad then. Funny thing is we had Bumbobee over from Vancouver and he has a blue NA2. Looked exactly the same. What a nice color man.

So you in for the drift event on Monday? My brother lives in Mill Bay so I'm out there all the time. Usually hit the Mr Mikes in Duncan, love Mike Burgers..., lol
