Well of course. It happens but I would mess up parts of the lip you can see.

It looks like the ITR knob.. you can see the shift pattern on it. I'm fairly certain there is no NSX knob with red stitching, the ITR one just happens to fit and use the same clip as the NSX.

Yes, they are Advans AVS Model 5's

Specs:
Front - 18x8 +38
Rear - 19x10 +45 with 5mm spacer
