Under battery tray and radiator duct?

Can both of these items be used at the same time? From looking at the pics of them it appears that they can't but I don't know for sure.
If not, what are the pro and cons of having one or the other?
I've already got the SOS ducted hood. I never track the car and don't plan on it either.

Both Items should be used together. The under battery tray needs the vented hood because it shuts of the air flow that the car was venting after the radiator. The car will over heat if you use the under battery tray w/o the hood. The radiator duct directs the airflow up to the hood vent. All three work together to improve the front end aerodynamics.

So the battery tray 'picks up' where the duct leaves off on the bottom of the car then?
