I have look at the manual and car, but having a difficult finding the TW sensor.
This sensor measures the water coolant temp and feedback to ecu.

The picture is not great but look for the two pin connector and the wire colors shown in the manual.
Why are you looking for the TW sensor what kind of problem are you having?

I have look at page 225 already several time in the manual. But can't really find what and where the manual is referring to.
My idle never goes down lower than 1500 rpm and goes as high as 2500 rpm.
The typical scenarion; cold start car and engine race to 2500 and 1 minute later or so tach drops to 1500 and stays there.
Start driving car and put car in neutral approaching stop sign, tach races back to to 2500 and eventually drops to 2000 or 1500 rpm.
I have look and spray wd 40 for vacuum leaks and no avail. My friend is a honda tech, he believes it is not a vacuum leak (after visual inspection and examination). He thinks it is the TW sensor sometimes goes back even though no CEL. I don't have a hard CEL.
I have not pull the codes yet for any soft codes (codes in memory).

Don't worry about the TW sensor you will get a CEL (MIL) if its bad. It's got to be a vacuum leak nothing the ECU can do will yield a 2500 RPM idle.
