Tuning Day

Sure, but below 400whp, youre probably fine. Above, not so sure. Difference between 380whp and 420whp is not that big a deal. But it is your choice!

Just be aware that it goes way beyond the cost associated with broken parts and the labour to fix it. Parts for 3Ls are just not available anymore and you have guys buying up all the parts they can (as spares) because very soon there will be none left. Your best bet would be trying to replace broken bits with parts from Comptech's stroker; wait, they're gone too.

Just be aware that if you break stuff in there you may not be able to find another NSX engine, or any parts for one, to fix your car with. Please consider that when you consider your boost level.

Only the 3.2L is available from Acura/Honda right now AFAIK.

Thank you for your concern Dave. I don't plan on pushing it over 10psi. With regards to spare parts; I found someone that has 2 wrecked NSX's in his Yard. So if worst comes to worst he is one of my back ups. My other back up is sending the motor to SOS for a full build....knock on wood:rolleyes:

Arshad,

The discount Erin Mills gave me was 20% on parts and 15% on labour. They also gave me a brand new CSX free of charge while my car was there, unlike mercedes who dropped me off at Enterprise Rent a car and made me pay for a bloody cobalt. The Club organizers did an awesome job of negotiating the discounts and perks for members. Thanks guys

Dave what was your car in for, other than swapping my brakes over to your car

So it was the Lost motion assembly. It is also very common on Vtec motors. SOS is over-nighting the parts should be here tomorrow. I will let you know when the day is for the FINAL TUNE.
