Trim at top of windshild is shrinking

I just noticed that a few of the rubber trim pieces have shrunk ( like other things as they age) it's a 91, I'am a 48, Anyhow I would like to replace them,
do they just push in or am I opening up a can of worms.

I replaced this on my '93 two years ago and now it's back to the same condition. I think it's just a part of the many replacement parts needed on this car. The same thing for the interior trim. Replaced and now it's starting to wrinkle again. Texas summers are brutal on interiors.

I have no solutions that work long-term
