i just got a 6spd trans.. and am putting it in my 91. any input??? easy or hard??

It is easy if you can turn a wrench and have read up on the conversion. Hard if you haven't. The biggest obstacle is the 6 speed is not compatible with the original dual disk clutch on a 91. Following the Tech Manual is straightforward. The Science of Speed sells the necessary parts to manage the reverse lockout.

Not hard, but you might want to stick to the 5 speed at that power level. JDM short gears should get you the same zip down low as a 6 speed.

You need Honda NA2 NSX-R Input Shaft, it will require you to open the transmission and swap out the 6 speed main shaft.
