What's the part number to the white cap version?

No idea. Its the ONLY MTF my local dealer had, if that helps.

Ken - what are you using?

I use the Honda MTF. In the past, I've tried Redline MTL and I've also tried synthetic motor oil in whatever viscosity the manual recommends (yes, the manual says that motor oil can be used in the transmission), and I noticed absolutely no difference in shifting or anything else. So I've stuck with the Honda stuff ever since.

Can you confirm both the 5 and 6 speeds take THREE qts? Dealer tried to tell me the 6 speed took 5.

White Cap, Honda MTF. It has impoved shifting in just about every car I put it in.

Just replaced my Redline MTF (albeit 4-5 years old) w/ Honda white cap MTF when I did the CV boots (what a PITA). All I can say is WOW what an improvement...used to get stuck in gears and now shifts like butter. Highly recommended. Thanks Larry B.
