Went out to look for NSX toys (just a quick drive around central London). All I found was 1 Tamiya 1/24 plastic model.

Are you looking for stock model kits only? Revell also makes a 1/24 kit. I believe Tamiya also makes a 1/12 scale Mugen NSX kit based on the LeMans prototype or the Japan Touring Car series model. Not sure.

try the model shop on St. Martin Lane, right across from the hotel. I was there a few years back, they have a good stock of more popular models, closed on Sunday. For 1:48, try the Ebbro web-site, you can now buy on line. Kyosho also do 1: 43 and 18?? not sure if they are on sale in the UK. Good luck. I collect ebbro, Roso.. hard to find as the factory gone bankrupt, Kyosho.

Is the Rosso models worth it? I've seen them go for like $600... in Japan

Rosso is very expensive. best to ask the forum for someone with yet an un-build plastic kit in 1:18 ? it is about US$ 300 plus if you can find one, it can be built as right hand drive if I am not incorrect. it is in red. is it worth it, yes, I have the 1:43 built up in black and the same in a yet unfinished plastic kit. surf e-bay for other NSX models, you mau find the Kyosho NSXR.. I have a 91 auto in grand prix white with a black roof. here, they went for 100k sterling when new !!

Rosso NSX Model

I have an unbuilt Rosso if anyone is interested. It is 1/12 scale, and it is right hand drive.
