Has anyone had any experiances with the bridgestone potenza RE730 tires. Are they any good and how do they compare to the Yokohama A022HI OEM tires. My yokos are almost worn out and I am looking to replace them. Also I can by a new set of yokohama rears for 300 bucks but they have been sitting in a guys basement for two years does anyone think they would still be good. What was the deal with the tire recall from acura?

If you want the most precise cornering, stick with the A022 tires.

It wasn't a recall. As a lawsuit settlement, Acura gave "tire certificates" good for free sets of rear tires to owners of the early cars. They expired in 1999. More info in the FAQ.
