tips/problems future owner should know

High, I'm new to the sight as i am about to buy a 99 NSX-T here in Australia.

Is there anything that i should look out for or check for before i purchase the car, as in, a common problem or fault that the car has and i should check to see if it has been fixed?

it will be an auto version.

2 suggestions.

1) Check out the FAQ link at the top of the page. It has EVERYTHING you should know about buying an NSX. As for a 99' - there were not many known problems and it is still new enough that most things you should check for are no different then other cars of this type.

2) Use the search button and search for tips, buying, problems, etc. You will find a lot of usefull information there too.

The maintenance schedule has specific tasks to be performed every 7500 miles; the every 30,000 mile service is around $1,000. If the services are current, you might request an alignment for your driving needs (street versus track where the tire wear is an issue) and buy ... drive ... and enjoy!
