Does anyone know where I can get the smoke covers for the front turn signals like in this pic?

Great idea - let's all cover our headlights and turn signals with dark covers so that they don't illuminate anything very well and it is difficult to see them when they light up.

Nsxtasy:

Not being a smart-@ss, but I do like my headlights as they are (OEM. But since they are down during the day, I wouldn't mind getting rid of the white plastic in front of my car that shows a big contrast and sticks out from the red paint.

Again, I do not like the "ricey" pic above but I do like the tinted turn signal covers (but not that black maybe just a light smoke color). To each his own......

everyone has opinions, eh?

Certainly everyone has opinions. However, it's worth recognizing that some changes that are done for aesthetic reasons also have functional and safety ramifications. Turn signals and headlights and taillights all have specific functions for illuminating the road and for visibility to other drivers. When you place smoked lenses over them, this reduces their illumination and visibility, and can result in reduced safety for your car on the road. This is not merely a matter of taste or opinion over what looks best.

That's a MEAN looking white CRX up top. Anyone know who makes that bodykit? And lime green wheels!! It just doesn't get any better. I need one of these until I can afford an NSX.

CRX with a bodykit? I thought it was a stock 3000GT-VR4.

Though I think this mod is somewhat pointless, the easiest way you can do this is by buying some stain glass window/transparent spray paint and just spray them. The paint comes off easy with some paint remover so there's no way you can really screw up. Apply additional coats if you want a "smokier" look.

If I were to do this, I would change it to amber, but definitely not smoked.
