Timing Belt Replacement

I was wondering when the timing belt should be replaced. I'm not worried about the miles on it but more of a time factor. The belt was replaced in Nov 1999 at 76000 miles. The car has 90000 miles on it now. So eventhough the belt has only 14000 miles on it, what would be considered a reasonable time to replace it?

it should be replace every 6 years or 90k.6 years of hot,cold,wet and dry its a good idea

Actually it is 7 years on 97 and newer cars I think. Please correct me if I am wrong!

Nov 99 to Nov 03 is 4 years, looks like you have 2-3 years to go.
