He has had 12 negative feedbacks out of 101 total transactions. Don't think I would trust someone with 12% negative feedback. Just my opinion.

Lies, Lies, Lies. Advancing the timing on your NSX is free, will not produce 20HP, and can be done buy a good tech. Best of all... it's easily reversable in the same five minutes it takes to advance it.
I have this done on my NSX and it feels more responsiveness and smoother.
Be sure to run only the best fuel at all times, especially after doing this.
If you're going to buy a chip, get something like the Dali chip.

Total BS. It's called the "resistor/timing tricker mod" in the Mustang/Camaro world and you can accomplish the same thing with some 25 cent resistors. Actual results on a dyno show no improvement at all. By "tricking" the air temp sensor input to your ECM, it keeps the system in closed loop mode and consequently your car is running richer than normal...Not a good idea to do this long term.
If you look at the seller's other auctions, you'll see that he/she currently has almost 1500 other auctions going on right now. Most of them are copies of this same auction, saying "TIMING ADVANCE KIT 20 HP GAIN <INSERT CAR NAME HERE>". Definitely looks like a rip-off if the same trick is worth 20 hp on every car in the world.
