Is the Monaco Blue Pearl the same color as those on the 99-2000 Civic SI?? The pictures here show the colors are quite similar.

Also, does the Monte Carlo Blue have the very "flashy" blue pearl color under the sun light?? (I mean, much like the TL/CL Type S Aegan Blue??)

I parked my car outside when I stayed with my fiance and I always "fantasing" re-spray it to a Blue color if in case my car ever got damaged by strangers or tree droppings....

rear

Awesome pic Tan! I'm wondering though, SOS sells two types of 02 rears, the nsx type r and the oem 02. I cant tell the difference from the two except ones jdm ofcourse and the other usdm most likely. Which do you have? thanks tan:D

The OEM 02 rear valence for me. The type R 2 pieces has a air diffuser to channel air underneath as well. I want to purchase that air diffuser as well but it cost $600.00 that is just as much as the rear valence.

The background in your picture looks familiar. Was it taken at the BayState motorsports in Malden, MA? Wait.. you're from San Francisco... Never mind..

My Dad just picked up his 2004 NSX today so here it is. In the spring highly polished HRE 547 are going on it. He can't wait!:)

SS_MD's picture

I am a big fan of new exposed headlights but I'm not so sure about it after taking a look at the blues brothers picture that ss_md posted. IMHO, at least in that pic, the old pop up headlights look so much better. Maybe it's the color. I personally think the monte carlo blue is prettier blue than Long beach blue. But I was just wondering if the monte carlo blue one in the picture is lowered and the long beach blue one's got stock suspensions.

Both are stock suspension.

You should see both in person side-by-side... you might change your mind... I know I did... and that car on the right is mine! :)

I saw Scott's LBB NSX again yesterday... wow... I'm really digging the 02+ design now...

Tan...that picture is great (like all your other pictures). What camera do you use to get those high quality shots?

The photographer was using a Nikon digital SLR and A Canon Professional camera I think.

Thanks,
Tan
