The NSX designer also designed the Enzo? and Mid Engined C8 Vette

Not really the history I was talking about. The original car was built to prove a point, it was a clean sheet design that showed that America could win races AND build a legit mid engine exotic in it's own flavor. The reincarnation does the same thing, but in exactly the same way and misses out entirely on all the innovation that created it. This misses the whole point of proving what America can do and rides the GT40 coat tails. It only proves what we have done in the past and as a tool to relive the same past it works but to think it accomplishes the same feat as the original- it doesn't. Build something new and make it a legend, or if you are going with a heritage look don't be SO literal/lazy about it. JMO

I see reincarnations of Mustangs, Challengers, Chargers, Camaros, Vettes, etc...just because the pitch is over the plate does NOT mean you are going to hit a home-run...GO CAMILLO!
