the nsx and the just bought lotus!!

I'm suprised that you were side by side with the Lotus V8TT. I know that the 4 cylinder Twin turbos did 0-60 in 4.4 sec so the V8TT has got to be alittle faster.

i think the v8 is only a little faster but is alot more realable
also keep in mind he does get a faster 0-60 because he is a car ahead until second.

Huckster, the trannies in the Lotus is their biggest downfall. One remedy is using Redline MT tranny oil--makes shifting like butter. I am 6ft1 with 12 shoe and I fit perfect in my car. And the power delivery is not comparable to the NSX, the Lotus simply destroys it.

Smoore that is quick for an NSX. After I am done with the Lotus I will be modding the NSX. I still love the color, it looks great on the car.

The NSX isn't better than the Lotus, it's different. The NSX has some better qualities but so does the Lotus. They are both great cars to drive.

i have to disagree although i have mods i only have basic engine upgrades. i know i would be very dissapointed to see an nsx side by side with a lotus if i was the lotus guy and that was someone else's nsx. if that is the case you're expecting way too much out of the nsx without a power adder like turbo, s/c or nos!!!!
do you think a na nsx is going to run better than a 12.8??? proberly not!!!

I wouldn't be sad to see an NSX keep up with me in the Lotus. There are alot of determining factors here, driver capability being the biggest. The NSX is a great car and is very light so it more than makes up for the less horsepower. But like I have said before the Lotus with a few minor upgrades can be pushing 500hp as well. And that is not even touching the engine. So you cannot compare both cars. I know a guy who put NOS on his lotus and his car is a 10.9 sec @140 mph car. You have to compare stock to stock.

tell andrew I want to exchange 'keys' for 15 minutes.nothing to crazy.ive never driven a lotus but admire the 25 aniversery model esprit up at countryside every time I pass by.havnt seen it lately.they wanted 95k for it v8tt

i think you'll stall the car if you get the keys, it's a hard clutch to work, he stalled it 5 times already but i haven't
