Temperature fan

Folks-

Just off hand, does anyone know how much a new temperature sensor fan costs (the one in front of the parking brake in that little duct which makes all theat NOISE after a few years!). I have tried just about everything and now I am afraid I will have to replace it because it is really getting to me.
