Unless you have large rips/tears, I think it's a good idea to lube everything up with Shin-Etsu grease first and see if that helps. It's less than $20 per tube at any Honda or Acura dealer.
Look along the gasket where it is exposed and is bonded to the "A" Pillar. I could not tell by looking but it had separated. So gently pull back on gasket and even run something , like a "feeler guage" where it attaches, to see if water can get in. A little silicon fixed it for me.
