Sorry if the file pulls slow on this server, if someone has a faster place to put it, I am sure David would appreciate it.

Moved to a slightly faster server

Which Taitec is this one? GT Comp, Lightweight, JGTC?

I believe that is the JGTC exhaust. The exhaust note at high RPM's is just unbelieveable.

thanks goes to Jonathan for helping hosting the file. Before the questions start to pour in, this is the Taitec JGTC parallel. Install was simple, I had a shop put it on for me, took about 20 min. Build quality is very good, not many alignment issues, there is about one finger's gap from the tips to the bumper. The left tip comes out toward the rear of the car about 1/2" more than the right side. I think a simple tweaking should solve that.

The sound is simply amazing at 2-5K rpm. It definitely make its presense known when you want to. (sometimes even when you don't want to, so need to consider before you get the exhaust)

I've had it on for just under a week, and it seems like the sound just gets deeper with more lower end growl each time I drive it.

I can't stop revving the engine at every stop light, but am afraid of annoying people next to me, or worse, people thinking I am challenging them.

Chris, I hate to be the first one I've seen ask this, but is there ANY way you could convert the clips on your website to a universal form instead of a file just Windows programs can open? It'd be great if you could convert them the Mpeg since anyone can download that without searching the web for a Windows Media Viewer program for a Macintosh, but AVI files like the above would do good.

The tone of the JGTC does get deeper and more refined as it breaks in. What camera was used to film the clip? The way it captured the sound is exactly how it sounds in person(when played over a decent set of speakers). There are some vid clips of exhausts that I've heard that sound totally way off from hearing them in person.

No there weren't any high RPMS in that video. I'm just giving my opinion of the sound of the exhaust at high RPM since I have it on my car.

Probably up to 5 or 6k in rpm. If you noticed, it's a shopping plaza we were in, and we can't really open up more. I am planning on doing another run with other exhausts also, but as option2 said above, I think this captures the tone of the exhausts, so I wanted to share it with others who are considering.

btw, the camera i used is a cannon S230,

Awesome camera btw. Take advantage of the fact that it can take video in 640x480. Not even its bigger brothers the Powershot S40 and even the Prosumer G3 can take video at that resolution. For some reason the standard is 320.
