Strange sound

I just got back from Chicago in my new to me nsx, and I have noticed that I can hear wierd sound coming from the engine while foot is on the gas. I have read the trouble shooting and noticed some post about the RM headers making some noise that seems close to what I am going thru. I wondering if anyone could maybe post some pics of what I need to do to make this go away before it drives me crazy. OR if anyone has some tips for me. If you have an aftermarket intake filter, it will make more whining noise when gassing based on the suction of the the less restrictive airfilter..... I can hear more sounds with my K&N filter...

Thanks for your reply, but the sound does not happen all the time only once in a while, this morning on my coffe run it didnt do the sound at all, Plus when I do hear it, it sounds like it is coming from the passanger side of the car.

I have not heard the sound in the last 5 or 6 drives hope things stay as they are
