Just got a Walbro 255 installed on my car in preparation for turbo kit. I drove it home and it started to have hesitation and starting sputtering. This caused a blinking CEL light. I then reset the ECU and it drove fine for the day. I drove it again this morning and it started sputtering again?? I have already changed the fuel filter, AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator and new (4) O2 Denso sensors. If it happens again I will take it in and pull the codes. Thoughts?

I think the first thing would be to check the fuel pressure. If it ran fine before than you need to double check all that you changed.

Which turbo and what are your goals?

When I get a chance today I will check the fuel pressure. I installed one when I put the new fuel filter in. Should be around 40PSI? Right? I am going to install Angus' kit with a PTE JB 6266, RC 550's, Powergrip 2 clutch, AEM FIC and the dual canister exhaust. My goal is 400HP, but only want to push no more than 9 PSI. It will be interesting with the altitude here in Denver (5280ft). I am wondering how much more boost it will take to achieve 400HP. This is in a '99 3.2 motor.

Fuel pressure was at 40psi. There was some cleaning fluid around the rear O2 connectors in the rear bank. Causing the CEL light and bogging down. Dried it off and replace the 2 secondary O2 sensors. Problem solved.
