Spotted: NSX convertible in OH

Haven't seen any posts about this one...
Only got a short view, it was either brooklands green or black (Probably black) and was on Sawmill Rd (Columbus) and merging on 270. Any news?
(there is also a red one around here with "nsxotic" plates)

I have seen this car on my way to Dublin on 270. Looked black to me.
