Spotted: CT Rt2-Rt3 6:30am Wed

I had a pleasant surprise driving in to work this morning. Firstly I was driving my NSX secondly I saw a friend buzz buy on the connector between Rt2 and Rt3 in Glastonbury, CT. I couldn't make out the color but it was following a police car. Isn't that backwards....
