Speedo reads low when ambient temp is cold, accurate when hot

*Update*

I sent the cluster off to BrianK. He said it had evidence of capacitor leakage, so he rebuilt the board and sent it back to me. I got it back into the car and went for a drive. All fixed, reads almost spot on.

So, if anyone reading this thread here in the future finds that their speedometer reads differently in different temperatures, have a look at the capacitors in your gauge cluster.
