Anyone know what the exact demensions for an lcd to be to fit in the SoS Display Pod? Or maybe you can suggest a certain brand that worked for you..any responds would be much appreciated. Also how does the monitor fit onto the Pod, does the pod have brackets that comes with it..or do you have to find a way yourself. Just wondering how much work to do it, I'd rather save myself a few hundred dollars if I could..thanks guys.

My current project is getting an 8inch Kenwood Touchscreen display in there. It fits, but requires you to removed the Screen housing and some creative mounting. I'll post pics when I am done..

I like it because it's all screen edge to edge.. with Remote to control all functions.

Thanks for responds guys. ALIENT that would be great, I'd love to see how that turns out. When you're done you will have to tell me the details of parts and installation! :D

Alpine TME-M760 is the monitor I used. It fits very well and the picture is amazingly clear. Works great with the PS2.

92NSX, that screen displays a nice crisp view from the driver seat? I have always wondered about it since it is not an adjustable tilt toward you display. is that the one Cris rec's on his site?

Yes, the view is excellent from anywhere in the car. I can attempt to turn it on and take a pic of it and email to you if you like.

I epoxied a flat metal piece under the nav pod and built up 3m double sided tape until the pod was sitting flush with the dash. So far its held very well.

I'd rather cut off my arm than drill a hole in the dash.
