They are 17x8 +38 in the front and 18x9.5 +40 in the rear.

I came to the conclusion that it didnt look that good with flip up headlights. I think you need an 02+ to pull off the vented hood. Just like the NA1 R doesnt have one. I just think it looks cleaner.
