Some new pics of my NSX

I will try to take pics of the interior as soon as I can.

My friend is just borrowing them. At this time they are not for sale.

Front - 18x8 +38
Rear - 19x10 +45 with 5mm spacer

Mike

i was considering getting spacers, but i heard in order to use 5mm spacers, you had to get extended lugs?

Can anyone copy a red NSX on those size Advan's. Those wheels look beautiful! Great looking NSX!!

this is the reason I bought these rims.

i want those wheels

Sorry, I'm keeping these. I was lucky to buy them when SOS posted that they were being discontinued and had them on sale. See link below:

Nice, is that a new interior? I somehow don't remember it last time I saw your car.

It depends when you last saw my NSX. As a part of the project with the new paint and custom body pieces, I also had the interior done with audio and some body color interior trim pieces.

Sorry, I meant 3mm spacer.

unfortunately I didnt have an NSX at the time:( bad thing about DC'd wheels is, if one bends, you are SOL....they look great none the less..

It'll be pretty hard to bend a one-piece rim, but then again shit can happen and thus more reason to go out and buy another set of wheels. Mike is a baller, and probably has another set stored away somewhere:tongue:

Funny you should say that. Mike and I were talking about his wheels at ALMS. When they were in production (and they have been around for years), people didn't really want them - you didn't see many on the streets.

Now, they seem to get more attention and people want them, but alas, they are out of production.

As a part of my NSX project, I had a device installed that avoids all pot holes, so my wheels are safe :biggrin::biggrin:

Larry, no one is suppose to know that I have an extra set... Well, at least only NSXPrimers will know... I'm just glad this imformation is not broadcast all over the internet.:biggrin::biggrin:

great nsx all around. the interior is amazing.

Thanks.

those advans have a look that will never grow old.
if they still made them, im pretty sure i would pick up a set.

There's always the Advan Model T5's, which replaced the Advans AVS Model 5's :biggrin::biggrin:

When I first saw these wheels on a blue NSX many many years ago in Japanese magazine, I was working on my 94 6 speed white Legend Coupe and I new I wanted those wheels in Bronze. Many years later, I am fortunate enough to be able to put them on my NSX.

those rims look so grrrrreeeeeeeaat!

You do not need extended lugs with a 5mm spacer... I'm running them in the fronts on mine with no problems. Although anything more than that I would not push it.

That was also the reason I got my Advan, in fact, I have the exact set on the red car on mine :)

+3. Exactly the same reason why I wanted these rims as well.

Someone asked for these rims on a red car.. Here's another one.. but it looks so small compared to MikeC_587's 18/19 combo.. =(

They are Defi guages. The left one is Fuel Pressure the right one is Boost

Sweet Jesus, that interior is tits!!! Great job on the whole car. Rims, bumper, valance, mirror color, Type R wing, 6-spd,etc... Very well put together. Don't stop you're on a roll.

Thanks... I won't stop as long as you want to take over as the lead investor :biggrin::biggrin: Otherwise, the project is coming to a grinding halt

Hey Mike what a coincidence. You don't have a clue who I am, but I spotted you on the FWY last Saturday. I was working in Redondo Beach going back home on a jam packed FWY, I don't recall if I was on the 405 or 91 but you were in the slow lane passing up some cars on the shoulder :D Nice looking X
