Just thought it's kind of funny, one of the Weir Canyon rep in the show room (I wish I had his name and title) was telling me about the next gen NSX. He was very confident in that it will come out May 2005, with a 3.8L 450HP+, and he said Honda is going to mass produce the car just like the TL, TSX..etc, so that the price will be ~60k.

He also mentioned that the HSC is a concept intended to replace the S2000, and that all his information comes directly from Honda to their GM!

I am not sure what to think of this, being an Acura dealer hosting the NSX club, I would think that's an exciting news that they should've announced for the club if it's true. Or, is it just more "I am an Acura dealer, we get info directly from manufacturer, and I know more than you do!!"

Thanks Steve and Patience for arranging another interesting event for us owners. I do thank Weir Canyon for opening their doors to us, however, the "inside info" that I was getting gives me 2nd thoughts about asking them for further info, or even get service opinions as they can't seem to keep fact, rumor, opinion, and/or comments separate.

Thanks to Patience and Steve for the legwork and parting gifts. And to our host Weir Canyon Acura the dinner and mugs were great. Your building and site improvements have made a big change, looks great! Thanks

Hey Guys I missed it I had a club to go to that night off the 91 on Lemon street but I did see a yellow NSX westbound around 10PM that I guessed was coming from the meeting, we acknowledged each other for about a mile then I had to take the exit, anybody here?

Don't judge too Harshly!

David (Silver One):

It sounds to me like you were talking to a over anxious sales person!

I don't think it is too fair to judge the quality of the service by the words of a sales person trying to impress!

I have had lots of work done there (including a transmission replacement!) and BOTH NSX techs KNOW THEIR STUFF!

My $0.02:cool:
