The year 2007 is almost over again.

So, I was wondering, which modifications have you all done to your car this year?
And which have you still planned for the new year :smile:

Me, this year, I have added the follow things this year.
- Put in the UNI-filter
- Added the RacingBrake BBK-kit to my car and am very happy with it.
- Bought a set of OZ-Racing Ultraleggera wheels in 17/18 size
- Added a carbon fiber shiftknob to the car which I absolutely love
- Recently added the the VIS NSX-R hood to my car and had it painted to match the rest of the car
- Lastly, bought the new ProSpeed ECU although I haven't had time to put it in the car yet.

Things still on my mind and/or wishlist :tongue:
- Red interior carpet
- Front bumper undertray
- Air-duct to complement the NSX-R hood
- Rear NSX-R lower diffuser (still confused about that one)
- Either SOS camshafts to wring the out the last HP from the engine OR CTSC (not sure about that one)
- Set of Recaro Pole Position seats if I can find a set to try

I don't know about you guys. The NSX has so far proven itself to be an extremely reliable car which doesn't need excessive $$ for maintenance, but this modification-bug is sometimes killing me!!

2007 was a horrible year for me and my car and proofs the saying 'in doubt take no action'.

I've sold/throw out more parts than I've added:

- CD-charger
- Rays Versus wheels
- Fog lamps
- Front emblem
- 02+ brakes (sold before install)

Depending on other people is the most horrible aspect so I've decided to do the technical stuff myself:

- fuel delivery revision (new seals, injector cleaning)
- coolant hoses
- VTEC solenoid seals
- throttle body cleaning

Working on my car helps my forgetting the points above...hope for better 2008 (DIY TB?).

I bought my car (green '94 5spd) spring of this year with R suspension and bars and 97 brake upgrade w/stoptech rotors and Comptech headers. Love it! So far i've sort of continued the R theme w/R hood and spoiler, just finished underbody pans out of aluminum front and rear (gas tank void and under engine w/vents), added test pipes to replace cats. Running on new AO48 rubber. Just bought TE37's, on by summer. Bought turbo kit parts (if they ever get here) and AEM, etc., again maybe on this next year and when I redo muffler area will build proper diffuser, and exhaust to fit, to finish up bottom pans. Want to add some more chassis stiffeners and a new front lip. I'd like to do some front repaint to get rid of some of the track wear, other than that, I'm pretty much good to go. Now if I could just get over the shakes I've developed this winter with the last months weather making it totally unreasonable to take the car out. I think it's withdrawal!

I know I am apparently in the vast minority here, but I confess I just don't get it.

The NSX (even the "slowest" NA1 Targa I have!) is more car out of the box than I can or will ever use. I'm sure it would be even too much for me if I tracked it regularly, which I don't. A few seconds better time on INSERT FAVORITE SPEED ACTIVITY HERE or being able to keep up with INSERT CAR HERE or kill a NAME CAR HERE just doesn't do it for me. Plus it looks awesome as is.

There are other things I'd rather spend the $$ on, and still enjoy my NSX immensely as is. Maybe I am a true poseur.

Maybe someday I'll understand, but then again, maybe if I have to ask...
