I had fun tonight. Lots of socializing going on. :smile: It's amazing how much colder it is there than inland just a tad, even. I swung by the S2000 meet in the District on my way home (got an In & Out cheeseburger) and it was warmish there. I was shivering when I finally left the NSX, when the cop got busy across the street.

It was cool meeting the newbies and seeing the regulars, but I wish someone had told me ahead of time I needed to arrive earlier for food. If I had known I might not have come. I have to leave work way too early and deal with too much traffic to drive to these...and I usually eat around the time I was on the road, so I arrived hungry.

At least I got a brownie

Doh! I completely forgot about the monthly C&C in RPV this month...bummer I missed the drive considering I was just doing yard work all morning!

BTW, I saw that the Ferrari Club of America is hosting a car show at the South Coast Botanic Gardens (near Crenshaw & Rolling Hills Road) this Sunday from 10am-2pm. I plan to swing by early on with my son. (there's a small fee to go in)

Eric, I think that the food was earlier than usual last night. I usually get there before the food, but it was pretty wiped out when I got there, too. Part of the problem too, is that everyone is asked to post if they are coming, so they can buy the food accordingly. I'd guess that more than half the people who show up never post.
