ditto on all that!
it was great to see everyone 2nite.
the unexpected autobacs tour was a nice bonus!

oh by the way... i raced a brabus cl500 on the way home from the middle of second gear to the top of third.
...smoked 'em :D yay nsx!!! hehe

Missed the tour. Because there was a major TA on the 5 North on the way up. A SUV was on its side blocking 3 lanes of traffic.
-------
Dave - the Taitec is pretty loud. I could hear you acclerate on the freeway and you were at least 3/8 to a 1/2 mile ahead of me. It does sound sweet!! :D

hi supergreen
i like your emblem on the back
where did you get that?
it's the hood emblem from a '90 civic.
you have to take the center tail light piece out and put it in boiling water to loosen up the glue that holds it together.
it took about 3 hours and was a huge pain in the ass... but i'm happy with the result.

Nice to have met all of you last night. I could finally put your user names, faces and your rides together. It was a good location for the meeting with plenty of parking spaces. Thank Steve again for setting up the meeting. See you at the beach party.

Thanks again to Steve for a great meeting w/ the bonus tour! Good to meet lots of new folks.

If any of you are interested in a little autox seat time before the Hllywd Pk event in Sept, SCCA/Solo2 has 4 events between now and then. This weekend at Cal Speedway - practice tomorrow and competition on Sun - and an all night race Aug 2nd, then regular events Aug 9/10 and Aug 23/24. Tomorrow's practice still had openings as of last night but that could be full by now. Sunday's are always open to all comers. If you're coming out to Cal Speedway this weekend for other events, stop by the autox and check it out. We're usually in lot 11 at the SW corner of the property. Free to watch. www.solo2.com
