I took this picture with my cell phone while test fitting the headlights, they're currently being painted (flat black inside and red on the top/sides) they should be finished, along with a repaint of the wings west lip, March 2nd:

Fitment looks pretty good. Are they going to have a protective cover of some sorts? I wonder how the light projection will be- HID or Halogen, adjustable?

The lights are halogen, 4x H4 headlights, a D2S converter ($10) would allow the installation of HID bulbs... there is no cover for these, fittiment can be made perfect, they're fully adjustable.

can't wait till see the final finished product~!!! looks great so far....

those ebay ones are junky... it glares everywhere, leaks water, fogs in, etc...

any chance those can be made of carbon fiber? Either way put me down for a pair.

I thought about replicating them, but, at the moment, there are no plans to do so... they can be purchased new from revolution (http://www.revo-tune.jp), but they are pricey

Perhaps a few months down the road, if there is strong interest, I can make carbon fiber copies, although the actual fixtures themselves seem like they could be difficult to source.

Looks good!

If you want to make som cash, I would definitely market this setup. I would definitely put a clear cover over it both for aerodynamics and for looks.

The ebay ones are a copy of the Taitec JGTC lights, which even with the (pricey) Raybrig HID kit will still not provide enough light to be safe. Its selling for around $1500 on SOS:

Look great!

They are the headlights of one of the concept NSX's from the 80' one head those lights.
