The price quote I got on these was all the above parts shipped $ 1114.00
You don't have to replace 1st or 5th gear on the Countershaft if you don't want to. You will just have to inspect them to determine serviceability on the ones in your tranny now. I just finished doing this to my tranny and spent another $1300 plus or minus on bearings, syncro sleeves, reverse gears etc to do a complete rebuild. NOT CHEAP!!!!!
