I'll make another suggestion. There's this guy named Ramon you can call at (949)-348-2476. Knows exactly what to look for and knows the car inside and out. He's in OC. Great guy...
SoCal is a massive area of land, where is the car located?

The car is located in L.A. What is the est. cost of a PPI? The car is a '94 with 34k miles.

Sounds like Cerritos Acura will be closest to L.A....call them to get an estimate for the PPI and what it includes.

Usually a PPI runs $200 unless you want a compression check which is another $100 or so, depending on the shop.
