Ok looks easy to install. but to setup...?

I have a Fuel pressure gauge on top of my fuel filter.

How do i set this up? i see you twist the thing on top to the desired pressure.

Do i set this at idle?

I need to match the oem FPR as this is what my car was mapped to when on the dyno.

Shall i take the reading at idle as is from the fuel filter with the oem unit, install new FPR adjust it to match the oem unit at idle?

Installs same as oem FPR. To adjust, loosen the locknut and use the hex wrench / Allen key to raise or lower the pressure. If you have a Walbro pump or similar HP pump I'd suggest you install the medium size orifice into the FPR before installing in the car. Set it to your desired pressure at idle with the engine warmed up. Check pressures both with vacuum hose to the FPR connected and also not connected but plugged. Specs for both scenarios are in the service manual.
