You can get a good condition sebring silver for less than that amount of money WITHOUT the salvage title. Whoever owns that car is either dreaming or stuck with it forever. Offer them $15k then laugh and walk away when they refuse. :wink:

Low miles don't mean shit when those low miles resulted in that damage. A totalled car with 1 mile on the odo is still worthless. You'd be better off with a 150k miles car.

I would expect about a $8-10K reduction in price. So maybe 19-21K for the car you looking at.
