Sad to report

Great news you've found a couple of candidates, best of luck with the buying process! I've been in touch with a few carriers/importers about bringing cars up from Miami and California and so far I have received great customer service from this company:

http://www.aacb.com/services/vehicle.asp

They are BC based which may or may not make a difference for you, but to be clear I haven't USED them yet, only dealt with them for quotation purposes so do your homework. Their quote for shipping to Toronto was very reasonable though and I will likely use them when I purchase.

Anyone know of a good carrier in California to get the vehicle to the border?

I used DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) to ship my NSX from Phoenix to Seattle. Avoid them like the plague; they are anything but dependable.

They broke the lower front bumper skirt and it took 3 months to get my claim paid and get the car back to original shape. After much negotiation I was still out of pocket to get the repairs done correctly.

Again, avoid DAS.

If you can spare 2 days off you can drive it back from california yourself? i just did that and boy did it save me a lot of money =) plus, roadtrip in nsx along pacific coast was epic =D think of the money you can save, and the fun you can have!!~

Dude sorry to hear about the accident.
You can always have my car, or there is a low milage unit here going up for sale soon with a polished suspension.
