I searched around, couldn't find anything, perhaps because the search engine won't look for "rhd" or "lhd" acronyms! Very curious to know whether this has been tried before and what is involved. This can't be straight forward, but surely far simpler than a similar job on a front engined car.

I suspect the firewall would need to be modified, the rest should be bolt-on? Dash, steering rack, etc.

A member took his nsx to Australia, and completed the conversion as a requirement to import the vehicle.

I believe he purchased a complete RHD front clip, so the firewall could be cut out and used, then swapped the wiring, dash, etc.

There was a thread on the process, if you continue searching I am sure it will turn up.

thats to funny, gets into a wreck and the steering wheel is
Blasted into his Head.

did you see the bar from the old gas pedal/Brake pedal
to the new location.

that guy must have been bored to do
something like that. LOL

:-)

Hey, I see you're in Peoria. I have bought parts from Acura of Peoria a number of times. They seem to have good mail-order prices. With any luck they extend those prices to walk-ins!

Never even knew that. Darn. Too late now. The NSX is getting picked by its new owner next Monday.

That is not a bored guy it's a kit for rural route carriers for the USMail system. They are hilarious. I like the idea but I don't have the balls.
