Looks like he has the DF fenders if Im not mistaken, or they are rolled/modified look at the marker light.:wink:

added another picture to the first post for those interested in seeing more of the car.
surprisingly, it doesn't rub as bad as I initially had thought it would. I daily drive my NSX through the streets of San Francisco and it only rubs slightly when going over dips or hard bumps. I mostly just worry about entering/exiting driveways as the lip of the front wheels come very close to the fenders, but it is definitely manageable.
you are correct, I am running the DF fenders. I might drop the car off soon at my friends body shop to have the front fenders modified. I am thinking of trimming out the entire underside lip & tabs and having the edge reinforced.
