A friend of mine just bought a used Boxster ( I didn't say he was a smart friend) and is in need of a good tire shop that can properly balance his tires. For whatever reason his local shop can't get it right - any recommendations in SoCal?

TIA

Dave

I get great prices and average service at Tucker Tire in Laguna Niguel.

I used Ramona Tire in MV on Marguerite/Santa Margarita Pkwy. to purchase and mount my FR (RE040s) before the PrimeDrive. They got the tires in 1 day and mounted and balanced them the next. The tires cost a few dollars more than what TireRack was charging w/shipping.

Check out The Wheel Supply (714) 269-0360. Ask for Sander. They are a small newer shop and they specialize in European cars/wheels/tires/suspension/exhaust work etc.

Sander's got a new number

Sander is great in getting wheel parts, I've gone to many other wheels shops that can not get lugs, and they all referred me back to Sander.
