Rear Fog Light Gen 2

Hi new here, but could not find any indication of this question being asked. I understand that in other markets the NSX Gen 2 car has rear fog lights instead of the reflectors we have here in North America. Anyone have experience with adding rear fogs to your car, and if so, can you tell me how you accomplished this.
